I would just like to write you a short note to say how pleased we are with the workmanship carried out on our home. Del, Andy and Pat have been nothing but helpful and skilled trying within their efforts to make as little disruption to ouy family life whilst still maintaining and efficient friendly customer service.

Pat's inspiration has helped the fireplace to look better than I had hoped. Andy has worked so hard without complaint even when the work load was really hard and Del has been a fantastic project manager/construction engineer making sure that all work has been carried out without one hitch. The project has finished sooner than we thought and looks so fantastic; we will definately recommend your company to friends and family. We look forwared to future work that they might do. It means a great deal to all concerned.

I just wanted to write to say thank you for the work that was completed by Wrightmans Construction on my driveway today.

In particular, I wanted to say what an excellent team of workman you employ. They really do live up to what you promote at Wrightmans – punctuality, courteous, politeness, easily recognisable by staff uniform, attention to detail and excellent customer care.

As promised, Ben arrived at the stated time. He asked what needed to be done and got on with the job until it was completed. Having finished it, he then checked with me to ensure I was happy with the work before leaving.

Well done to the management on the excellent customer care training and employing such trustworthy and reliable workman.
